Excellent corrosion resistance.This is a cost-effective ceiling suspension system providing protection in industrial environments and laboratories where the entire grid system must withstand the rigors of a humid environment. Its natural metal finish offers a unique, pleasing aesthetic.
The DONN DXSS Ceiling Suspension System is a 15/16" Type 316, stainless steel system that offers excellent corrosion resistance, with all of its grid components (bulb, web and face) made of type 316 stainless steel, superior to Type 304. It can be used in non-magnetic environments and meets USDA/FSIS requirements. All component faces are protected by a strippable PVC coating that makes cleanup quick and easy.
Grid components are connected with plug-in, positive-lock insertion. Stainless steel, Quick-Release™ cross tees are easy to remove without tools, decreasing renovation costs. Standard cross tees have offset, override ends that rest on main tees for better appearance without sagging or twisting, offering a professionally finished appearance. Special corrosion proof, stainless steel locking tee ends provide pullout tension values in excess of 200 lbs. A Type 316 stainless steel M7SS wall molding is recommended for maximum system performance.
