Flexible Schedules

USG has part time opportunities, provides “flexible” work hours with various start and end times, and has a telecommuting option for part of the workweek. In addition, the Summer Hours Program allows modest extensions to an employee’s regular work schedule to allow for alternating Friday afternoons off.

Casual Attire

USG’s dress policy at Corporate headquarters is Business Appropriate Attire. This policy allows employees to wear business casual attire or formal business attire, depending upon daily responsibilities.

Under this policy, business casual attire may be worn year round. However, formal business attire will be required based on the employee or department’s scheduled activities.

Employee Referral Bonus

USG provides a $400 cash payment to corporate employees referring an applicant who is subsequently hired.
