Smooth-textured panels designed for clean room environments, Class 100 and Class 10M-100M.With their adherence to federal standards, the panels are perfect for 100-rated to 10M-100M- rated clean rooms, computer and control rooms, kitchens/food prep areas (Class 100 only), MRI rooms, and sterile rooms.
CLEAN ROOM ClimaPlus ceiling panels with FIRECODE are sag-resistant, face laminated panels that adhere to strict, federal clean room requirements. Their FIRECODE formulation provides fire protection.
These Class 100 and Class 10M-100M panels have embossed, vinyl-laminated surfaces with sealed backs and edges. They are suitable for use in Class 100 or 10M-100M Clean Rooms per Federal Standard 209E, "Clean Room and Work Station Requirements Controlled Environments." The Class 100 panel is non-perforated; the 10M-100M panel is perforated and features an NRC rating.
The panels are available with High Recycled Content (HRC). HRC Ceiling Panels are classified as containing over fifty percent total recycled content. Total recycled content is based on product composition of post-consumer and pre-consumer (post-industrial) recycled content per FTC guidelines.
The panels offer a ClimaPlus 30-Year System Warranty to withstand conditions up to 104 ˚F (40 ˚C)/95-percent relative humidity without visible sag when used with USG DONN® suspension systems. Their FIRECODE formulation meets life safety codes.
