DONN® AX™  & AXCE ™ Acoustical Suspension System

The DONN AX & AXCE Ceiling Suspension System are a cost-effective alternative to extruded systems, providing excellent corrosion resistance. All components (bulb, web, and face) are made of double-web aluminum and are connected with plug-in positive-lock insertion for quick installation and removal without tools.

  • Meets 2010 Guidelines for Health Care Facilities (restricted and semi-restricted areas)
  • Capable of withstanding cleaning and/or disinfecting chemicals as tested in accordance with ASTM D5402-06
  • No crevice between suspension system and tile with AXCE TM unlike extruded cleanroom systems

Maximize LEED, DONN AX and AXCE acoustical and drywall suspension systems have up to 90% recycled content the majority of which is post-consumer.

SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE

Its patented Quick-Release™ cross tees are easy to remove without tools, decreasing renovation costs. They have override ends that rest on the main tees for better appearance (no exposed edges) without sagging or twisting, and they cantilever during installation and withstand dropping out.

Special corrosion resistant, stainless steel locking tee ends provide pullout tension values in excess of 3200 lbs. When used in conjunction with USG aluminum M7A wall molding, it provides maximum system performance.

Lifetime limited warranty when used with USG ceiling panels. Available in Flat White.
