DUROCK™ Tile Backer Tape

Polymer coated glass-fiber tapes that offer strong joint reinforcement of DUROCK® cement board next gen interior and exterior applications, and FIBEROCK® panels in interior applications.
DUROCK Tile Backer tapes are made of alkali-resistant, polymer-coated, glass-fiber mesh and are specially designed to reinforce the joints and corners of DUROCK cement board. Its polymer coating offers protection from high-alkali Portland cement mortars, and it resists cracking.
DUROCK Interior Tape is also ideal for interior applications where other materials, such as gypsum panels, abut cement boards. The tape is 2" wide and provides a strong, long-lasting joint.
DUROCK Exterior Tape is 4" wide and is required to completely cover and reinforce the corners and joints of DUROCK cement board in Direct-Applied Exterior Finish Systems as well as in Direct-Applied Tile and Thin-Brick Systems.
