HYDROCAL® B-11 Gypsum Cement

A high-strength gypsum cement featuring a low setting expansion, a high degree of plasticity, and gradual setting action. Designed for producing original loft template models and die-sinking patterns by the splash-cast technique.
HYDROCAL® B-11 is a high-strength gypsum cement designed for tooling applications. The plaster is similar to HYDROCAL® A-11 in setting expansion and accuracy, though it is not quite as strong, and it features a longer period of plasticity, enabling it to be used with templates to screed models directly from gypsum.
The plaster requires 44 parts water by weight per 100 parts plaster, and after machine mixing, it sets in 25-35 minutes.
For best storage results, keep indoors in a dry, stable environment, away from drafts. Do not stack more than two pallets high.
