LEVELROCK® CSD® Early Exposure™ Floor Underlayments

Designed specifically for interior use in buildings with light-gauge steel frame construction and direct application to corrugated steel decks. These lightweight underlayments may be applied at a much lower thickness than poured-in-place concrete, reducing dead load and allowing a greater number of floors for increased rentable/sellable square footage.
LEVELROCK® CSD® Early Exposure™ and LEVELROCK® CSD® RH Early Exposure™ floor underlayment can be poured up to 60 days before permanent windows and doors are installed. Their self-sealing technology typically eliminates the need to seal the underlayment prior to floor-covering installation. LEVELROCK® CSD® Early Exposure™ Green floor underlayments contain recaptured gypsum and may assist in obtaining LEED® credits for your green building, while LEVELROCK CSD RH Early Exposure floor underlayment is ideal for use in electrical and hot water radiant heat floor installations. LEVELROCK CSD Early Exposure floor underlayments:
- Are up to 55% lighter than 3-in. of conventional concrete
- Have an average pour thickness of just 1-9/16-in. with standard 9/16-in. deck
- Allow for trade traffic the next day vs. 7-10 days for conventional poured concrete
- Provide compressive strength of 3500 – 5000 (LEVELROCK CSD Early Exposure and LEVELROCK CSD RH Early Exposure)
