SHEETROCK® Brand Mold Tough™ Gypsum Liner Panels

SHEETROCK® Mold Tough™ gypsum panels feature a noncombustible, moisture- and mold-resistant gypsum core encased in moisture and mold-resistant, 100-percent recycled blue face and back papers. They offer enhanced moisture- and mold-resistance over standard gypsum panels.

The panels are UL Classified as to fire resistance (Type SLX) and feature double beveled edges that score and snap easily without special handling. They are designed for use with SHEETROCK Shaft wall and USG Area Separation Wall systems, delivering increased moisture and mold protection.

In independent lab tests conducted on SHEETROCK Mold Tough gypsum liner panels at the time of manufacture, per ASTM D3273, "Standard Test Method for Resistance to Growth of Mold on the Surface of Interior Coatings in an Environmental Chamber," the following panels achieved a score of 10.
