SHEETROCK® Brand Joint Tape

Exceptionally strong, crack-resistant, reinforcing paper tapes used for the smooth concealment of flat joints and the inside corners of interior drywall construction.
SHEETROCK Drywall Joint Tapes include SHEETROCK Drywall Joint Tape and SHEETROCK Heavy Joint Tape. They are strong, cross-fibered tapes designed for use with U.S. Gypsum Joint Compounds to reinforce joints and corners in gypsum drywall interiors. They are also recommended for joint treatments in veneer finish systems that are subject to rapid drying conditions and where framing exceeds 16" (406 mm) spacing.
The tapes are lightly sanded for increased bond and feature a positive crease that simplifies application in corners.
Their high tensile strength delivers strong, reliable wall joints, and they resist cracking, stretching, wrinkling, and tearing under tools.
SHEETROCK Joint Heavy Tape meets ASTM C475 and delivers excellent strength and crack resistance.
