USG has eight Employee Resource Groups. These groups are open to all USG employees and provide opportunities for professional development, community involvement, and knowledge-sharing.
USG also has five Employee Resource Networking Groups that are in place for professional development. These groups are formed by employees in the same function and help to attract, retain, and engage employees.
