Snow White® Filler Food & Pharmaceutical is a food and
pharmaceutical grade of anhydrous calcium sulfate, suitable for a
variety of applications. Containing 29% calcium, the highly refined
filler is produced by calcining and milling high purity, white gypsum.
It is used in the following applications:
- Commercial Baking – Provides bioavailable calcium and can be used
as a processing aid
- Pharmaceutical - Used as a diluent, excipient, calcium supplement
and as bedding medium for facilitating beneficial bacteria growth.
