Snow White® Filler Food & Pharmaceutical is a food and pharmaceutical grade of anhydrous calcium sulfate, suitable for a variety of applications. Containing 29% calcium, the highly refined filler is produced by calcining and milling high purity, white gypsum. It is used in the following applications:
- Commercial Baking – Provides bioavailable calcium and can be used as a processing aid
- Pharmaceutical - Used as a diluent, excipient, calcium supplement and as bedding medium for facilitating beneficial bacteria growth.

The majority of our filler products are manufactured from naturally occurring, high purity calcium sulfate at our plant in Southard, OK.
