The Westin is a nine-story hotel located along the lakefront in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
When the Securock® ExoAir® 430 Air Barrier System was selected for the project, concerns about weather and precipitation dissipated. Since the air barrier membrane is pre-applied and cured on the base panel before it gets to the job site, concerns about rain, freezing temperatures and high winds impacting the barrier’s application were eliminated. Minimal work was required to finish the panels at each elevation, which quickened the process.
