SHEETROCK Brand paper-faced metal corner bead provides a quick, easy way to produce beautiful, sturdy, cost-effective interior corners that withstand the wear-and-tear of normal building use. The paper tape covering ensures excellent adhesion of joint compounds, textures, and paints, delivering a strong, smooth finish.
The bead is manufactured with strong, paper tape that is laminated to a sturdy, rust-resistant metal form. It provides superior resistance to edge cracking and chipping, resulting in corners that stay beautiful despite normal building movement and everyday wear-and-tear.
The bead installs quickly and easily with a unique paper tape "nose coating" that resists scuffing and fuzzing from knives and sanding. It is available in a variety of tape-on, nail-on, and inside and outside profiles to meet any design need. The tape-on versions require a joint compound to adhere the bead to the corner, and the nail-on versions employ the same paper-faced-metal technology, providing excellent adhesion for joint compounds, textures, and paints.
The beads are backed by a 30-year limited lifetime warranty for long-term performance.
