Class and Mass Action Waiver. You agree that you will not sue USG as a class plaintiff or class representative, join as a class member, or participate as an adverse party in any way in a class action lawsuit against USG. Nothing in this Section, however, limits your rights to bring a lawsuit as an individual plaintiff.

Time Bar. ANY LAWSUIT AGAINST USG MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN 2 YEARS AFTER THE DISPUTE ARISES – OR WITHIN THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR SUCH CLAIM – WHICHEVER PERIOD IS SHORTER. ANY CLAIM THAT IS NOT FILED WITHIN THAT TIME WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

This site is intended and directed to residents of the United States and all advertising and claims contained in this site are valid only in the United States. Aside from its general office and research laboratory in the Chicago area, USG does not own or operate any of the other facilities mentioned herein. The plants and other facilities are owned and operated by various subsidiaries, affiliates or joint ventures.
