RYAN FLANAGAN

A strategic and data-driven leader, Ryan is responsible for setting and stewarding the strategy and vision of USG’s corporate finance, accounting and treasury functions.
Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and investor relations to his role as CFO. He joined USG in 2013 as an assistant corporate controller and has held progressively more responsible roles within the finance organization. Before joining USG, Ryan served as a senior manager at the global accounting and consultancy firm KPMG.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in accounting from the Ohio State University, and an MBA from Northwestern University. He is also an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a certified public accountant.
Ryan lives in Chicago with his wife and three children. He is an active community member and is involved in local philanthropic organizations. He also coaches youth baseball and enjoys spending time with his family.
