Developed with our technical expertise in paper-faced solutions, and leveraging Phillips material technologies, we are proud to introduce USG Sheetrock® Brand Flex Corner, our first composite bead product featuring an innovative blend of two material technologies to maximize bond strength and out-perform for finishers in residential construction.
This new cornerbead product improves on current offerings in the market, including key features such as:
- Innovative design with “mud hole” perforations for a strong, secure bond
- Durable, rigid structure for easy and efficient installation—ideal for long runs
- Unique, wider 3.5” profile that works with any angle, inside or out
- Available in 50’ and 100’ lengths to help minimize waste

Delivering a Comprehensive Portfolio
USG Sheetrock® Brand Flex Corner provides our customers with a composite cornerbead and closes a gap in our portfolio, giving customers an option for greater flexibility for their next project. The product is launching in the midwestern US, where composite cornerbead tends to have contractor preference, expanding the portfolio to grow and scale with our customers.
