Self-Leveling Underlayment:

Utilizes next generation technology to create an environmentally sustainable self-leveling underlayment. Ideal over concrete and wood subfloors in interior applications.

Designed for fast track installations, with a minimum compressive strength of 5000 psi; able to install non-moisture sensitive products in four hours. Ideal over wood substrates or concrete subfloors in interior applications.

A high-strength Portland cement-based poured underlayment. Ideal over concrete and wood subfloors in interior applications.

USG Durock™ Brand Multi-Use Self-Leveling Underlayment

USG Durock™ Brand Quik-Top™ Self-Leveling Underlayment

Patch and Skim Coat:

USG Durock™ Brand Fast Finish Floor Patch  
A versatile and quick floor patch that allows most floor-covering installations just 15 minutes after skim coat set and primer applied. Ideal over concrete, gypsum and wood subfloors and most interior floors, including tile.

USG Durock™ Brand Quik-Ramp™ Patch 
A trowelable patch and skim coat developed for today’s most demanding floor prep situations. It is easy to mix, fast-applying, and quick-setting, is ready in as little as 60 minutes.  Whether skimming, patching a deep imperfection, or ramping at a threshold, USG Durock Quik-Ramp provides a strong yet smooth finish for installation of most floor covering products.

USG Durock™ Brand NE Floor Patch 
A polymer-modified, versatile, trowel-able, cement-based patching compound for interior use over concrete and approved wood subfloors.  Ideal for renovation projects, this economical floor patch provides a smooth skim coat for accepting floor-coverings. It’s easy to mix and apply, is fast-setting and floor coverings may be installed in as little as 1 hour after set.  More information coming soon.

Moisture Mitigation:

USG Durock™ RH-100™ Moisture Vapor Reducer 
A single coat, 100% solids epoxy coating formulated to protect floors from concrete substrates with high alkalinity and high moisture levels.  It is formulated for use on new or existing concrete slabs with up to 100% relative humidity by reducing vapor transmission to acceptable levels prior to the installation of an approved underlayment system.

Primer-Sealer:

USG Durock™ Brand Primer-Sealer 
A high-solids sealant for priming highly porous concrete, precast concrete, wood subfloors and OSB (oriented strand board) prior to the installation of USG Durock™ Self-Leveling Underlayments. USG Durock primer-sealer enhances the bond between the substrate and the underlayment, is effective in the treatment of underlayments prior to application of water-based floor-covering adhesives and has no adverse effect on floor-covering adhesives.  It is mildew-resistant and does not stain finished surface.

USG Durock™ Brand 3E™ Primer 
A single component, film-forming, fast drying, single-coat application primer for priming substrates prior to installation of USG Durock™ Self-Leveling Underlayments. USG Durock 3E Primer effectively seals the subfloor, enhances bond and prevents formation of pinholes, domes and craters in USG Durock self-leveling underlayments. It’s an ideal primer for interior concrete and wood subfloors Ready to use – no mixing needed for non-porous surfaces (can be diluted for highly porous subfloors).

USG Durock™ Brand X2 Primer-Sealer 
An aqueous emulsion of proprietary polymers that can be used as a bond-enhancing sealer over USG Durock™ and Levelrock gypsum underlayments. Alkali- and water-resistant, the ready-mix formula also protects underlayments against dusting. USG Durock™ X2 primer-sealer may also be used for priming concrete or wood subfl oors prior to application of USG Durock™ and Levelrock self-leveling underlayments.
