USG Durock™ Advanced Skim Coat™ Plus Floor Patch is an easy to mix, trowelable floor patch that produces a smooth finish. The unique formulation was designed for concrete subfloors with high moisture and is ideal for use beneath moisture resistant flooring adhesives and floor coverings.- Provides a smooth finish over concrete subfloors
- Designed for high moisture applications – up to 12 lbs. MVER, 11 pH and 99% RH
- Fast drying - install floor covering in as little as 15 minutes
- Install from featheredge to 1/2 in. (13 mm)
- Easy to mix; may be retempered multiple times without the addition of water to extend
- working time
- No priming necessary for most applications
