Cerami-Cal® Gypsum Cement is designed for use in pressing clayware. A lower consistency form of Hydrocal® Gypsum Cement, Cerami-Cal® Gypsum Cement is formulated to produce a dense, yet porous, smooth-wearing die material. Cerami-Cal® Gypsum Cement:- Offers exceptional strength with consistent absorption
- Resists abrasion and wear
- Has a recommended use consistency by weight of 40 parts water to 100 parts plaster
- Has a standard designed Vicat set of 18-23 minutes after machine mixing.

Can I color/tint plaster casts?
Yes. For uniform coloring, colorants can be added to the mix water and should be blended thoroughly. For varied color effects, colorants can be added to the slurry.
Both mineral colorants and water dispersed colorants are compatible with our plaster products.
