Diane Earll
President, Ceilings Division
Senior Vice President
Diane Earll brings more than 32 years of experience in the building materials industry to her role as president of the Ceilings Division. A proven leader with a deep understanding of USG’s operations and customers, Diane is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction, profitability and growth of USG’s ceilings business.
Since joining USG in 1992, Diane has held various leadership roles within the company, including chief human resources officer, vice president of Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness, vice president of National Accounts, senior director of Retail Sales, senior director of Product Management, and senior director of Customer Service. This diverse background allows Diane to approach challenges with a unique perspective, drawing on insights from across USG's operations to develop innovative solutions for customers.
Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and has completed Executive Programs at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. She is an active community member and serves on the board of the American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois and serves as the Philanthropy Chair and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. She previously held board roles at the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago’s Leadership Giving Circle and the Home Improvement Research Institute, and has held volunteer roles with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.
