Steve Youngblut

Throughout his career, Steve Youngblut has become known for his ability to drive growth and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. He has spent his entire career at CGC, USG’s Canadian operations, where his 20 years of experience has culminated in his current role as general manager of CGC.
Prior to becoming general manager, Steve served at vice president, Sales and Marketing. He started at CGC in customer service and throughout his two decades at the company, moved up in the sales department, holding such roles as retail sales manager; director, national accounts; and senior director, sales.
Steve holds a business degree from Western University and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. He has also served as a supplier representative on The Home Depot Canada’s advisory committee for The Home Depot Foundation.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time in nature with his wife and two daughters.
